The contest will give participants a chance to win one of five copies of the book "Dreams of the Dying". The contest will be promoted via Instagram, Twitter und Facebook. By entering this competition, entrants are indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Competition entrants will have the chance to win one of the prizes mentioned on Instagram (@sureaiteam), Facebook (@sureai), or Twitter (@SureAITeam).

Participation in the competition takes place under the conditions described on this site and the related social media posts.
3. What is the duration of the contest?
The promotion starts on December 8th, 2021, with the publication of the social media posts, and ends on December 15th, 2021, 24:00 CET.
4. Who can participate?
Participation is free and allowed to any individual person. In the case of minors, the consent of the parent or legal guardian shall be required. Participation requires the truthful provision of the relevant data.
5. Who can be excluded from participation?
SureAI is entitled to exclude individuals from participation, provided the reasons are justified (for example violation of these conditions of participation, manipulation, etc.). SureAI reserves the right to take appropriate legal steps.
6. How are winners determined?
The prizes are chosen randomly and include all participants.
7. How will I know if I have won?
A notification of the prize will be sent via aforementioned social media platforms by mentioning the chosen account.
8. How do I get my prize?
Upon notification the winner will be asked to provide SureAI with the contact details required to send or hand over the prize. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the stated contact data.
9. What happens if I do not respond after notification of the prize?
If a winner does not report to SureAI within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from other eligible participants. The same applies in the event that a winner reports incorrect contact details and it is not possible to send or hand over the prize.
10. Reservation clause
SureAI reserves the right to modify, interrupt or end the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. SureAI is not liable for any loss, failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control. In justified cases, the prize may be replaced by equivalent prizes.
11. Data protection
Your safety and satisfaction are paramount to us. SureAI saves and uses the collected data exclusively for the competition.
12. Miscellaneous
Cash payment of prizes is not possible. Claims to prizes are non-transferable. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be invalid or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. It shall be replaced by an appropriate regulation which most closely corresponds to the purpose of the invalid provision. SureAI reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
